Terms of use
Effective August 31, 2026. These Terms govern access to KYX.IO and purchases made through the game. By creating an account, playing, or purchasing a digital item, you agree to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for activity authorized through it. Purchases require a registered account so the service can keep a durable record of the digital item entitlement.
Fair play
Do not exploit, automate, disrupt, or interfere with online matches or other players. Access may be limited when needed to protect the service.
Availability
The game, maps, balance, and account format may change. The service is provided as available and may occasionally be offline during deployment.
Digital skin purchase terms
Digital content. A skin purchase grants the purchasing account a permanent, non-transferable in-game entitlement to equip that skin while KYX.IO continues to offer the applicable game and account service. The buyer owns that account entitlement; the purchase does not transfer copyright, trademarks, source assets, models, textures, or other intellectual-property rights.
Final sale. Because skins are delivered immediately as digital content, all completed sales are final. We do not offer returns, voluntary refunds, exchanges, or cash redemption for buyer's remorse. This policy does not limit refunds or remedies required by applicable law, nor does it prevent a buyer from using rights available through an applicable payment provider for unauthorized, duplicate, undelivered, or materially misdescribed transactions.
Skin changes. KYX.IO may modify a skin's appearance, animation, audio, compatibility, name, or presentation to improve quality, performance, safety, legal compliance, or game consistency. The account's entitlement to the purchased skin remains unless access is required to be restricted by law, platform rules, fraud prevention, or an account enforcement action.
Reward multiplier. Common, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic skins currently correspond to 1×, 2×, 3×, and 4× reward multipliers. When multiple eligible skins are equipped, only the highest equipped rarity applies. Multipliers are gameplay-balance values—not purchased currency or guaranteed financial value—and may be increased, reduced, capped, replaced, or removed as balance and game systems evolve.
Payment and delivery. Prices and currency are shown before payment. Checkout accepts SOL and native USDC on Solana mainnet. The exact amount and quote expiry are shown before payment; network fees are separate and require SOL. A skin is delivered after server verification of a finalized payment using the order payment request. Late payments require operator review. Blockchain transfers cannot be canceled through the game. Skins may also be purchased with K at 1,000 K per $1 of listed skin value. USDC withdrawals are planned at 1,000 K per 1 USDC for existing and future server-earned balances. Withdrawals are unavailable until payout services are enabled and funded. Once enabled, withdrawals reserve the requested K, are subject to account review and displayed limits, and pay to the submitted Solana address. Confirmed failed payouts return reserved K; uncertain payouts remain reserved pending reconciliation. Contact the operator if a completed purchase is not delivered.
Legal capacity. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the purchase.
